On Bended Knees follows the lives of Pastor Reuben (Seun Akindele) and his wife Kemi (Chioma Akpotha). Kemi gets a job as her hubby is always busy with church work. In no time, she catches the eye of her boss Ebube (Chet Anekwe) who showers her with attention and gifts. The plot takes centre stage and director Lancelot Imasuen ensures that the action tells the story. A light is also thrown on the dynamics of church politics. The movie would have benefited from an improved sound quality and better flow of scenes. Expect plenty drama with some romance. Moral flick.
