Nollywood filmmaker, Rukky Sanda on January 3rd kicked off 2014 with a red carpet premiere of her latest effort – Gold Diggin. Written, directed and produced by Sanda, the movie in which she also stars in features Denrele Edun, Yvonne Nelson, Dammy Krane, Sexy Steel, Ikay Ogbonna, Alexx Ekubo and Daniel Lloyd. The star studded event which took place at the Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, Lekki was graced by Monalisa Chinda, Emem Isong, Belinda Effah, Ikay Ogbonna, Beverley Osu, Uduak Isong Oguamanam and Bola Aduwo. Also in attendance were Tarmar Awobotu, Majid Michel, Yvonne Nelson, Tana Adelana, Denrele Edun, O.C. Ukeje and Nikky Ufondu among others. Gold Diggin is the story of a star-struck day dreamer who is looking for her ideal prince charming. The movie is now screening in cinemas.
