Numb touches on the seldom remembered causes and effects of abuse as it links domestic violence with physical abuse. Numb focuses more on psychological abuse and its root. Numb also choses to reverse fortunes to explain what some have chosen to shut out of their mind, the fact that domestic abuse goes two ways, it could also be from the female to the male. Where the actors tried their best to embody the characters they were given, I am of the opinion that the director’s job wasn’t top notch and the editors didn’t do a fine work with the audio.
