Nigeria’s foremost arts & cultural centre Terra Kulture leads the charge to promote and showcase Nigerian cinema by partnering with Golden Effects Pictures for the marketing and promotion of renowned filmmaker Kunle Afolayan’s highly anticipated feature film, ‘October 1’.

The partnership which sees Terra Kulture reaffirm its commitment to the growth of Nigerian cinema, has already started to indicate a positive yield through Terra Kulture‘s vital role in facilitating a series of private screenings for corporate organizations – including Oando, Standard Chartered Bank, and Leadway Assurance – as well as industry heavyweights, with a view to raising sponsorship for its cinematic release and worldwide premiere, later this year. Terra Kulture‘s key involvement in the successful screening of the epic October 1 signifies a renaissance in culture of Nigerian movie promotion, and marketing of Nigerian arts & culture at large.

Speaking at one of the private screenings at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Mrs Bolanle Austen-Peters, MD and founder of Terra Kulture spoke of her establishment’s vital role in the promotion of the movie, saying, “it is exciting to know that the entire film and production was done in Nigeria, with a world class content as seen in October 1. We are proud to partner in promoting and marketing this epic.”
