April 2 was world Autism day.
Autism is a condition on the increase, affecting every 1 out of 59 babies. It is a developmental disorder borne out of diseases, chemical and/or environmental causes. Some of the signs associated with Autism include repeated repetitive behaviour, problems with communication and social interaction.
A TUNE AWAY, a film that treats the issue of autism and the first to place an autistic person – Oreofe Osisanmi, in a lead role, does justice to this. It is a Mighty Jot Studios project written and Directed by Stanlee Ohikhuare.
