From the clues shared by the company’s CEO, Charles Okpaleke, the feature film will be based on the story of four teenagers who hijacked a Nigerian Airways plane in 1993. Rogers Ofime and Agozie Ugwu have been tapped to produce Hijack.
Play Network Studios was established in 2018 and is better known for its remake of Nigerian oldies such as Living In Bondage: Breaking Free, Rattlesnake: The Ahanna Story, Nneka The Pretty Serpent and a soon-to-be-released Aki And Pawpaw movie.
Hijack will be out in 2022.
