One of the comedy-dramas to close out 2021 is AY Makun’s soon-to-be-released Christmas in Miami movie.
Christmas in Miami follows Akpos’ adventure to the exotic city of Miami, Florida, to represent Nigeria at the Intercontinental Christmas Fiesta. The fiesta will bring together 6 families from 6 very diverse nations across 5 continents to spend the week leading up to Christmas together on an exotic island in Miami, USA.
The film is written by Patrick “Koinage” Nnamani and Keni Ogunlola, produced by Darlington Abuda and directed by Robert Peters. It stars a mix of Nollywood and international actors including AY Makun, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Osita Iheme, John Amos, IK Ogbonna, Tanya Price, Barry Piacente and others.
Christmas in Miami is the fourth installment of Akpos’ adventure series. Other films in the series include 30 Days in Atlanta (2014), A Trip to Jamaica (2016) and Ten Days in Suncity (2017).
