The 2021 Best of Nollywood Awards held on Saturday, 11 December 2021, at the Glass House, in Lokoja, Kogi State.
The awards is an annual film event presented by Best of Nollywood Magazine to honour outstanding achievements in the Nigerian movie industry. The awards, which started in December 2009, has over the years created a platform for Nigerian movie makers to be recognised for their work.
The 2021 awards, which is the thirteenth edition, was attended by filmmakers, film supporters and actors and actresses alike. The highlight of the night was the presentation of awards to deserving films and persons in different categories. Some of those who won include Kehinde Bankole who won the “best actress in a leading role” award for her role in Abeke, Stan Nze scooped the “best actor in a leading role” award for his role in Rattlesnake and Bolaji Ogunmola was recognised as the best lead actress for her role in Butterflies.
