Principal photography is currently ongoing for filmmaker Jay Franklyn Jituboh’s second feature film, The Origin.

Known for the 2016 drama Dinner, Jituboh’s The Origin is a period piece set in 1991 Nigeria. It features Deyemi Okanlawon, Ireti Doyle, Jude Chukwuka, Omowunmi Dada, Martha Ehinome, Chioma Akpotha, Tolulope Odebunmi, Nene Nwanyo, Baaj Adebule and Ejiro Onojaife.

The Origin is produced by Michael Ndiomu, directed by Jay Franklyn Jituboh and written by Dale Falola and Jay Franklyn Jituboh.
