The multi-award-winning film from Bolanle Austen-Peters Productions, Collision Course, will premiere on Netflix on September 2, 2022.
Collision Course is a heart-thumping story told in 24 hours about the lives of a law enforcement agent and an aspiring musician. It explores the seedy underbelly of rogue law enforcement officers and the painful and atrocious results of their actions as they collide head-on with the struggling musician and the conflicted member of the police force.
Directed by Bolanle Austen-Peters, Collision Course has won numerous awards between 2021 and 2022, It won the Award for Achievement in Screenplay at the 2021 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). It continued on its winning streak in 2022, scooping the Best Movie West Africa Award at the 2022 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs).
The film stars Daniel Etim Effiong, Kelechi Udegbe, Chioma Akpotha, Bammy Bestowed, Bimbo Manuel, Norbert Young, Ade Laoye, Kenneth Okolie, Greg Ojefua, Mikel John, Tobi Odunsi, Salako Eniola, Keside Francis-Anosike and Remi Okunola.
