Ahead of its September 9, 2022, theatrical release, a press screening of Sillo Studios’ Inside Life took place on the 31st of August, 2022, at the Silverbird Galleria, Lagos.
The film, which is directed by Tope Adebayo, is the first feature film to be produced by Chuks Enete’s Sillo Studios. Inside Life is based on a true life incident and tells the story of Larry, an about-to-wed man, who is wrongly remanded in prison a few days before his wedding. He not only has to get out of prison on time to make his wedding, but he also has to learn to survive the conditions in prison and get out alive.
The comedy-drama stars Wole Ojo as the lead character. Other Nollywood stars in the movie are Samuel Perry (Broda Shaggi), Chinedu Ani Emmanuel (Nedu Wazobia), Hafiz ‘Saka’ Oyetoro, Tina Mba, Funsho Adeolu, Romeo WJ, Koloman Prosper, Belinda Effah, Tina Mba and Eric Obinna.
