The Mo Abudu-owned EbonyLife Studios has announced the conclusion of production for its Netflix original film, Blood Sisters.
Ms Abudu, known for movies such as The Wedding Party 1 & 2, and Chief Daddy, struck a deal in June 2020 with the American streaming platform, Netflix, to produce a number of series and films. Blood Sisters is one of the films covered in the agreement.
The Biyi Bandele-directed film features Kate Henshaw, Ini Dima Okojie, Nancy Isime, Ramsey Nouah, Wale Ojo, Gabriel Afolayan, Uche Jombo, Keppy Ekpenyong-Bassey, Segun Arinze, Genoveva Umeh, Deyemi Okanlawon, Kehinde Bankole, Daniel Etim Effiong, Maurice Sam, Ibrahim Suleiman, and Toke Makinwa.

Blood Sisters tells the story of two friends, Sarah and Kemi. Sarah is engaged to her dream man, Kola. However, their seemingly idyllic union has a dark side. A dramatic incident sets off a course of no return.
