The 2021 edition of the Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) started on Sunday, 7 November 2021, with a glamorous opening ceremony.

The event, which was held at the Landmark Centre in Lagos, was attended by the who is who of the Nigerian movie industry including actors, filmmakers and entrepreneurs from the private sector.
